In the present there are not any official
rules of racing in Romania. Eclipse Racing Association is
working to draw up Rules of Racing for Romania under the
guidance of international association and authorities. These
Rules will be in accordance with International Agreement
of the I.F.H.A member countries.
Below, all the owners and breeders who want to race horses
outside Romania we provide Rules of Racing from important
countries with long tradition in horse racing.
